Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan held a briefing with the participation of the Minister of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin and Deputy Head of the Department of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Lilia Burganova.
The speakers spoke in detail about the situation in establishing the border of the Republic of Tatarstan with neighboring regions, explained the procedure for conducting complex cadastral work on the territory of the republic, and also discussed the progress of work on the inventory of real estate for which there are no registered rights.
The minister also touched upon problematic issues, including the lengthy process of entering borders into cadastral registration:
- The process of approving and entering borders into the cadastral register is a lengthy one. So, even after the signing and approval of the agreement by the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, it is necessary to coordinate the coordinate description of the border with the authorized body of neighboring regions. Further, on the basis of the above documents, a land management case is formed, which is sent for examination to the Central Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography. And only after receiving a positive conclusion, the farm is included in the State Fund for Land Management, and a description of the boundaries in the form of an xml file is sent to the Cadastral Chamber for inclusion in the Unified State Register of Real Estate, - Fanil Anvarovich explained the procedure for establishing boundaries.
All this work is carried out by the ministry together with the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the territorial Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography. Agliullin also noted that by the end of this year it is planned to register most of the republic's borders.
