The register of the State Catalog of Geographical Names for the Republic of Tatarstan has been updated
Based on the results of the work carried out in July 2022, updated registers of names of geographical objects for 12 constituent entities of the Russian Federation, including the Republic of Tatarstan, were posted on the website of the Center for Geodesy, Cartography and Spatial Data Infrastructure.
Registers of names of geographical objects contain information:
- about the registration number;
- the name of the geographical object;
- object type;
- name and type of geographical object in Latin according to GOST-83;
- the geographical location of the object (including belonging to the region and geographical coordinates, binding to other geographical objects).
