Municipal districts again explained the procedure for preparing urban planning documentation
Today, under the chairmanship of the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiyev, a regular monthly meeting with the participation of representatives of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan and the executive committees of the municipal districts of the republic on the preparation of urban planning documentation was held.
The discussion was attended by Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Maxim Rogozhkin, Deputy Head of the Department of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan Artem Kostin, Deputy Director of the Cadastral Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan Leysan Rakhmatullina, Deputy Executive Secretary of the Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan Sergey Stolyarov and Arkady Semenychev,
The organizers once again noted the need to fill out questionnaires for the development of territorial planning documents. This issue was taken under personal control by the First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Galiev. With regards to the process of establishing the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones in the Unified state register of real estate, currently 18 master plans and 41 land use and building regulations of rural settlements have been approved, but have not yet been entered into the cadastral register.
Also during the discussion, the leadership of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and Federal cadastral chamber clarified the main requirements for municipal districts on the issue of harmonizing the land use and building regulations in terms of organizing public hearings. Then the participants were shown a table reflecting the status of work on making changes to the schemes of territorial planning of districts and were reminded of the main requirements for them.
In early August, Minister Fanil Agliullin will present all the above-mentioned issues in a report at a meeting with the President of the Republic of Tatarstan.
