Fanil Agliullin took part in a meeting to discuss the creation of the National System of Spatial Data in the Republic
President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov met with the head of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography Oleg Skufinsky today.
At the meeting, they discussed the implementation of the state program "National System of Spatial Data" (NSSD). Tatarstan is one of the 20 pilot regions where the first services of the Unified Digital NSSD Platform for citizens, government and business will be launched.
Oleg Skufinsky outlined the continuity of the results of the experiment to create a Unified Information Resource on Land and Real Estate (UIR). It was held on the territory of individual municipalities in 4 subjects of the country, including in Tatarstan. “We used the results of the experiment in the formation of the state program. This year, the services created in its process within the framework of the NSSD are being scaled to all municipalities of the republic,” the head of the federal department said.
Rustam Minnikhanov emphasized that Tatarstan attaches great importance to the development of cooperation with Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography and the introduction of new electronic innovations. “Together we are improving work in the provision of state and municipal services, including in electronic form. Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography services are among the most popular among the population. Last year, we successfully implemented an experiment on the creation of the EIR. Today, Tatarstan is ready to actively engage in the implementation of a new strategic project and supports the creation and development of the NSSD,” the President of Tatarstan noted.
Oleg Skufinsky said that today, on a systematic basis, work is underway to fill the Unified state register of real estate with complete and accurate data, switch to an electronic format of interaction, and improve the quality of services. “This is the foundation for future transformations in spatial data, real estate and construction,” he concluded.
The meeting was held at the House of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan.
