The Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan: results of the decade, development prospects
A plenary session of the event dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the formation of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held in the assembly hall of the ministry.
In his opening speech, Deputy Minister Edik Diyarov noted:
"The activity of the ministry is historically closely connected with the assessment, it is here that significant start-ups have been formed for its subsequent development. Today we have built a constructive dialogue with the assessment community, its expert opinion is taken into account both in everyday economic activity and in the implementation of significant national projects.
A joint, complex but necessary task is to improve the quality of the assessment. This is especially important for the state as a customer of a special kind - in addition to profitability from the management of state and municipal property, we, as a rule, realize the social goals of involving it in economic circulation. The Deputy Minister thanked the participants at the federal and regional levels, wished the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan further progressive development."
In his speech, the President of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan", a member of the Council for Appraisal Activities Andrey Lisichkin, spoke about significant moments in the activities of the partnership, thanked the representatives of the appraisal community and authorities who were at the origins of the creation of the organization, Svetlana Tabakova, who arrived on the anniversary of the heads of federal self-regulated organizations co-chairs of the partnership and Yuri Shkolnikov. He especially dwelled on the decisive role in the formation of a new mechanism of interaction between appraisers and the state of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Nurgalievich Minnikhanov.
Heads of the self-regulated organization of Russian Appraisers Yuri Kozyr, Svetlana Tabakova, Yuri Shkolnikov, Sergei Zayakin, Chairman of the Public Council of the Ministry, member of the Board of the Partnership, former at the origins of its creation Farit Musin, professor, head of the department of Tomsk State University Dmitry Khloptsov and a number of other participants also spoke at the meeting. .
During the awarding ceremony, departmental awards of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Rosreestr Office for the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association "Council of Municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan" were presented to employees of organizations - members of the Union. Also, employees of the organizations of the Union received awards from the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, the administrations of Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Yelabuzhsky, Zainsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Nurlatsky, Sabinsky municipal districts, the city of Naberezhnye Chelny.
