On August 11, 2022, an extended meeting of the Anti-Corruption Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan was held with the participation of the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the joint event, a number of topical issues related to the joint competence of the Commission and the Public Council were considered:
1. On control over the legality, efficiency and targeted use of state property owned by the Republic of Tatarstan.
2. Monitoring of debts to the budgets of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan for rent for property and land plots.
3. On conducting an audit of compliance with the requirements for official conduct of civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry, as well as applicants for filling positions in the state civil service of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry for participation in entrepreneurial activities using the databases of the Federal Tax Service of Russia Unified State Register of Legal Entities and Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs.
4. Approval of the draft Guidelines for filling in information on income, expenses, property and property obligations of state civil servants of the Republic of Tatarstan in the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan.
5. On the organization of expert and consulting support for authorities in the field of valuation activities for the purpose of anti-corruption work.
