The development of urban planning documentation for the districts continues
Specialists of the Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan continue to work on the development of master plans, rules for land use and development of municipal districts, as well as verification of urban planning documents.
In August, the project preparation department of the State Budgetary Institution Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan completed work on the development of a master plan for the Salaush rural settlement of the Agryzsky municipal district. The project is placed on Federal State Information System of Territorial Planning for approval and approval. Also, the development of rules for land use and development of the Dachnoye and Krasnoselskoye rural settlements of the Vysokogorsky municipal district was completed, the materials were transferred to the district for approval.
Municipalities that have approved territorial planning documents and rules for land use and development must prepare information on the boundaries of settlements and territorial zones by June 1, 2023.
