A new procedure for determining the price for the sale of land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan has been established

A resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan was adopted establishing a new procedure for determining the price when selling land plots owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and state ownership of which is not delimited, on which buildings, structures are located, to the owners of such buildings, structures or premises in them.

In particular, in the urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, for the owners of buildings, structures, structures or premises in them, the price of a land plot is 25% of the cadastral value of the plot, valid at the time of receipt of the application from the owner of the property. In the municipal districts of the Republic of Tatarstan - 12.5% of the cadastral value of the land plot.

Until January 1, 2024, for owners of buildings, structures, structures or premises in them, who entered into a land lease agreement before March 22, 2021, the price of a land plot is:

17-fold land tax rate per unit area of a land plot - in settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan with a population of over 500 thousand people

10-fold land tax rate per unit area of a land plot - in settlements of the Republic of Tatarstan with a population of up to 500 thousand people,

three times the rate of land tax per unit area of land - outside the boundaries of settlements.
