Fanil Agliullin held a meeting to discuss the schedule for including forest settlements in the boundaries of settlements
On September 2, 2022, a meeting was held at the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan with the participation of the Ministry of Forestry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the State Budgetary Institution "Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan" to discuss the schedule for including forest settlements located on the lands of the forest fund into the boundaries of settlements, as well as on the issue of the amount of funding required for the preparation of territorial planning documents with the subsequent setting of the boundaries of settlements for cadastral registration.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 7 of the Federal Law of December 31, 2017 No. 507-FZ "On Amendments to the Town Planning Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation", no later than January 1, 2024, the boundaries of settlements must be put on cadastral registration .
Settlements can be formed from rotational and other temporary settlements located on inter-settlement territories created before January 1, 2007 within the boundaries of forest fund lands for timber harvesting - forest settlements. The formation of settlements in inter-settlement territories from such forest settlements is carried out taking into account the provisions of parts 20 - 26 of Article 24 of the Town Planning Code.
