The Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan discussed the issue of automating the inventory process of unused real estate
The meeting under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev on the issue of automating the process of inventorying unused real estate was held. Representatives of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan, state budgetary institution "Center of Economic and Social Research under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part in the meeting via videoconferencing. The participants considered the issues of changing the regulatory framework for accounting for unused real estate objects and their involvement in economic turnover, as well as automating the process of accounting and inventorying such objects.
Currently, there are cases of construction of new facilities in the presence in the neighborhood suitable for completion or repair of unused facilities with ready-made infrastructure. The task of automating accounting and inventory is to maximize the involvement of unused objects in the economic turnover, which will ultimately lead to savings in budget funds, reducing the amount of "ballast" in the ownership of the Republic of Tatarstan and municipalities.
