Notice of placement of an updated version of the draft report on determining the cadastral value of land plots located on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan
In accordance with Art. 14 Federal Law No. 237-ФЗ of July 3, 2016 “On State Cadastral Valuation”, if a budgetary institution identifies grounds for making changes to the draft report, the budgetary institution draws up an updated version of the draft report containing the required changes, as well as a certificate with information on the accounted and unaccounted comments to the draft report with the rationale for refusing to take them into account.
On September 28, 2022 the information and materials contained in the current updated version of the draft report, to the extent provided for by the procedure for maintaining the state cadastral valuation data fund, are posted in the state cadastral valuation data fund on the official website of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography in the information and telecommunication network "Internet" for fifteen calendar days.

Comments on the current updated version of the draft report by October 12, 2022 can be submitted by any interested persons to the State Budgetary Institution "Center of state cadastral valuation" in person, by mail or by e-mail (gbu.cgko@tatar.ru) in the form of an electronic document using the information and telecommunication networks "Internet". In addition, comments on the current updated version of the draft report can be submitted to any branch of the state budgetary institution "Multifunctional center for the provision of state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan".

The comments may be accompanied by documents confirming the presence of errors made in determining the cadastral value, as well as a declaration on the characteristics of the property.
