At the next meeting of the Board of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan, issues of organizing training seminars in the fourth quarter of this year were discussed. Decisions were made to hold classes in October and November on such topical issues as the application of the Federal Valuation Standards in the new edition, business valuation, valuation of movable property, and a number of other topics. Seminars for members of the Union are held free of charge, with the participation, among other things, of partner universities. In accordance with the decisions of the expanded meeting of the Commission under the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on Combating Corruption and the Public Council under the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan dated August 11, 2022, a seminar will also be prepared in November-December of this year with the leaders and specialists of the Chambers property relations of the republic on topical issues of examination of reports, typical mistakes of appraisers, terms of reference and appraisal report in the light of legislative innovations.
The President of the Management Board Andrey Lisichkin formulated the relevant instructions for the Executive Directorate, having discussed with the members of the Management Board - Chairman of the Committee on Education and Professional Training Tanzilya Udod, Co-Chairman of the Expert Advisory Council Dmitry Zakhmatov, Director of the Institute of Business Education and Digital Technologies of Kazan Innovation University Nelya Mukhametkhanova, Chairman of the Committee monitoring by Igor Karasev.
In further consideration of the issues on the agenda, the Executive Directorate was instructed to conduct a survey of the members of the Union to determine the possibility and format of holding events for the Day of the Appraiser of the Russian Federation.
Members of the Management Board took note of the Executive Director's information on the implementation of the Roadmap activities "Activation of expert and consulting support for executive authorities and local governments in the field of valuation activities." The Executive Director was instructed to apply to the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan in order to intensify interaction in the field of reviewing the quality of assessment reports with the Chambers of Property and Land affairs of the Atninsky, Kaibitsky, Sarmanovsky, Spassky, Tukaevsky, Yelabuga, Nizhnekamsky, Bavlinsky, Zainsky, Nurlatsky districts.
