Representatives of the Ministry took part in the work of a public reception on combating corruption in the field of land use
On October 13, in the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, a public reception on issues of combating corruption in the field of land use was held.
Representatives of the Office of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on Anti-Corruption Policy, employees of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Department of Economic Security and Anti-Corruption of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tatarstan, the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan, members of the Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on public control took part in the work of the reception.
The reception received appeals from citizens of Alkeevsky, Nurlatsky, Nizhnekamsky, Zelenodolsky municipal districts, which concerned clarification of the functioning of garden societies, compliance of buildings erected on individual land plots with land use rules and development of the territory, fraudulent actions in the turnover of share lands.
Public control is a measure for the prevention of corruption offenses. The subjects of public control in the Republic of Tatarstan are the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan, public councils of municipalities and executive authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Commission of the Public Chamber of the Republic of Tatarstan on public control includes: the Regional Center for Public Control in the Housing and Utilities Sector (receives applications on topical issues in the field of housing and communal services, advises homeowners on topical issues in the field of housing and communal services), the Public Monitoring Commission of the Republic of Tatarstan (carries out public control for ensuring human rights in places of detention and assistance to persons in places of detention), Regional Public Organization of the Republic of Tatarstan "Legal Clinic".
Based on the results of the appeal of citizens, the problematic issues were taken into work, the relevant requests will be sent to the executive authorities and local self-government, some of the citizens who applied were invited by the prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Tatarstan for additional receptions.
