The announcement of the annual message of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan took place in the Big Concert Hall named after Salih Saidashev in Kazan. In addition to the deputies of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, heads of ministries and departments of the republic, heads of public organizations, representatives of federal legislative and executive authorities were invited to the meeting.
In his speech, Rustam Nurgalievich noted that “the main principle for the implementation of all programs and projects should be their synchronization. This work must be approached in a comprehensive manner, ensuring the construction of not only housing, but also social, transport, engineering, business infrastructure, as well as overall landscaping. This is also the area of responsibility of the newly created Institute for Spatial Planning and the Spatial Data Fund.”
