For 9 months of 2022, the budget of Tatarstan received more than 3 billion 806 million rubles of income from the management of state and municipal property
Fanil Agliullin, Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan on the fulfillment of the budget target for income from the management of state and municipal property, as well as on the reduction of debt to the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan on rent payments for land and property.
The meeting was chaired by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. All municipal districts were connected to the meeting room via video conferencing.
As the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan reported, following the results of 9 months of 2022, more than 3 billion 806 million rubles were received from the use and sale of property and land owned by the Republic of Tatarstan. The budget task was completed by 101.5%.
According to the results of 9 months, local budgets received 3 billion 866 million rubles. At the same time, there is a positive trend in non-renewable income in relation to the previous year. The minister noted that the target for the current year exceeds last year by 171 million, while its implementation in 9 months is 92%.
The total amount of debt on lease payments to the municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan decreased by 220.9 million rubles compared to the same period last year. Nevertheless, Fanil Agliullin stressed, the problem of arrears in rental payments does not lose its acuteness. The total amount of debt as of October 1 of this year is 286.3 million rubles, including 246.7 million rubles for land plots, 39.6 million for property. The analysis of the claim work showed that at present a significant amount of debt is in enforcement proceedings.
Summing up, the head of the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan called on the heads of municipalities of the republic to take special control over the issue of reducing the debt on rent for property and land plots.
