First Deputy Minister Artur Galiyev spoke at a briefing on business support measures to ensure economic stability in the context of mobilization

Today, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan hosted a briefing "On business support measures to ensure the stability of the economy of the Russian Federation in the context of mobilization."

Artur Galiyev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke with information about measures to support mobilized citizens renting state or municipal property. At the initiative of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov supported the initiative of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan on the adoption of support measures in the republic in relation to mobilized tenant citizens. The Ministry has prepared a corresponding draft order of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is currently undergoing interdepartmental coordination. The project provides for the provision of a deferred payment of rent, or the possibility of early termination of lease agreements without the application of penalties.

The installment period has been extended to 90 days from the end of mobilization in order to provide the tenant with the opportunity to rehabilitate. In addition, the delay is extended for the period of stay in hospitals, hospitals, and other medical organizations for treatment of injuries, injuries, diseases received during the performance of tasks during the period of mobilization. Specific terms of debt payments are not fixed, they can be determined for each specific case.

Local self-government bodies of the Republic of Tatarstan are recommended to take similar support measures. As Artur Galiev emphasized, the Ministry will carefully analyze the process of providing support measures in the context of each municipality of the Republic of Tatarstan and provide municipalities with the necessary methodological assistance. A special section will be created on the website of the Ministry explaining the procedure for providing support measures.
