The development of urban planning documentation for the districts continues
Specialists of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” continue work on the development of master plans, rules for land use and development of municipal districts, and urban planning documents are also being verified.
In October, the project preparation department of the State Budgetary Institution “Spatial Data Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan” completed the development of master plans for the municipality “city of Laishevo”, the Peschano-Kovalinskoye rural settlement of the Laishevsky municipal district, the projects were uploaded to the Federal state information system of territorial planning for further approval and approval. Also, for the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, cartographic materials were prepared showing the boundaries of sanitary protection zones for certain land plots.
Specialists completed the development of rules for land use and development of Muslyumkinskoye and Krasnomostovskoye rural settlements - the materials were sent for consideration and approval to the municipal districts. Also, draft rules for land use and development were sent to the municipal districts for public hearings - Pospelovskoye (Yelabuzhsky district), Kzyl-Yarskoye (Bavlinsky district), Akzigitovskoye, Bolsheachasyrskoye, Kugushevskoye, Nurlatskoye, Raifskoye and Utyashkinskoye (Zelenodolsky district) rural settlements. The rules for land use and development of the Tikhonovskoye and Tatarsko-Chelninskoye rural settlements of the Mendeleevskiy District were approved.
