NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" (Union), together with Kazan Innovative University (university - partner) organized a regular training seminar for employees of organizations of the Union and state customers of the assessment.
Deputy Minister of Land and Property Edik Diyarov addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcoming speech. He noted the significant role of valuation in transactions with state and municipal property, congratulated the participants on the upcoming Day of the Appraiser of the Russian Federation. The Deputy Minister presented departmental and municipal awards to a number of effective appraisers and university teachers, and thanked those awarded for their significant contribution to the development of the republic.
The participants were also welcomed by the President of the Union and Self-regulatory organization National College of Appraisers, member of the Council for Evaluation Activities of the Ministry of Economic Development of Russia Andrey Lisichkin and Vice-Rector of the University Irina Antonova.
During the seminar, Dmitry Zakhmatov, co-chairman of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union, head of the Methodological Council of the Self-Regulatory Organization Russian Society of Appraisers, covered the practical aspects of the application of the Federal Valuation Standards in the new edition. Typical methodological errors in property valuation reports, approximate forms of standard assignments for valuation in the light of the new edition of the federal appraisal standarts were presented by Larisa Shvetsova, head of the valuation department of the Ministry of Land Property of the Republic of Tatarstan and Tanzilya Udod, chairman of the Education and Vocational Training Committee of the Union, member of the Expert Council and Disciplinary Committee of the Self-Regulatory Organization Russian Society of Appraisers. Irina Ignashina, a member of the Expert Advisory Council of the Union, the head of the Self-Regulating Organization Union "Federation Of Specialists Of Appraisers" in the Republic of Tatarstan, analyzed and systematized typical errors in the assessment of vehicles.
The moderators answered numerous questions from the seminar participants.
