Amendments were made to the Federal Law "On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property"

On December 5, 2022, Federal Law № 512-ФЗ “On Amendments to the Federal Law “On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property” was adopted.

The law provides for a reduction in the size of the deposit from 20% to 10% in the event of the sale of state and municipal property, the initial price of which is less than 100 million rubles.

This will expand the circle of potential buyers of state and municipal property, as well as reduce the cost of servicing borrowed funds required to participate in privatization auctions.
