Today, the Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Fanil Anvarovich Agliullin, held a meeting of the Interdepartmental Commission for Work with State Representatives in the Management and Control Bodies of Business Companies and Partnerships via videoconferencing.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Office of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan, ministries and departments of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Association of Enterprises and Industrialists of the Republic of Tatarstan, Svyazinvestneftekhim JSC, Ak Bars Holding Company JSC.
As part of the work of the Commission, the results of the activities of state representatives in 2022 were summed up and tasks for 2023 were determined.
The meeting reviewed and approved the candidacies of representatives of the state and independent directors for their appointment and nomination to the management and control bodies of joint-stock companies, whose shares are owned by the Republic of Tatarstan and in respect of which a special right ("golden share") applies, at annual general meetings shareholders in 2023. In total, it is planned to nominate 128 state representatives and 11 independent directors to 70 joint-stock companies.
