In Tatarstan, 23 municipal districts have fully implemented the 2022 plan to provide land plots to large families
Artur Galiev, First Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on how the Republic of Tatarstan is providing land plots for large families in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The meeting was held by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan Alexei Pesoshin. The meeting was traditionally held with the connection of all municipal districts via videoconferencing.
So, in the republic today 71340 large families are included in the lists for receiving land plots, 48470 families are put on the cadastral register, about 45 thousand (67.41%) of them received land plots in their ownership. 26,665 families with many children are awaiting the provision of plots.
Artur Galiev named municipal districts where the percentage of land plots provided to large families is less than 80%. These are Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky, Almetevsky, Kukmorsky, Zelenodolsky, Vysokogorsky, Bavlinsky, Arsky, Laishevsky and Nizhnekamsky districts.
In three districts, the percentage of provision of land plots to large families ranges from 80% to 90% - these are Baltasinsky, Tukaevsky and Zainsky districts.
Another seven municipal districts have a percentage of land plots up to 90 to 99%: Yelabuzhsky, Alekseevsky, Buinsky, Muslyumovsky, Chistopolsky, Pestrechinsky, Tetyushsky municipal districts.
The remaining 23 municipal districts have fully implemented the 2022 plan to provide plots for large families.
In general, 2,652 land plots were provided to families with many children in the republic this year, Artur Galiyev specified.
In a number of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, there is a problem associated with a lack of land plots. There are practically no plots suitable for individual housing construction. At the same time, the speaker noted that the pace of individual housing construction on the provided land plots is low.
The most difficult situation with the provision of land plots is observed in Kazan (deficit of land plots - 10784) and in Naberezhnye Chelny (5846). In other municipal districts, the deficit of land plots is 6240 plots.
For example, the situation in Kazan is as follows: 18,099 families are included in the lists. 7315 families were put on the cadastral register. Granted land plots - 6965. It remains to provide - 11134.
Work continues on the development of federal areas, said Artur Galiev.
These are the village of Konstantinovka (117 hectares), the village of Bolshie Derbyshki (66 hectares) and the Vysokogorsky district (456 hectares). Total 639 hectares of land.
As for Naberezhnye Chelny, the shortage of land plots is 5846. Here, the executive committee of the municipality of Naberezhnye Chelny, together with the Tukaevsky municipal district, was recommended to find additional areas for providing large families.
