The Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanil Agliullin held a meeting with representatives of the Executive commetee of Kazan on the implementation of the provisions of the Federal Law 518-ФЗ, which establishes the procedure for identifying the owners of previously registered real estate objects. The meeting was attended by Assistant of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Merzakreev, representatives of the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan.
At the meeting, the participants discussed the issues of filling the Unified State Register of Real Estate with information about the right holders of real estate objects, the regulatory regulation of measures to identify the right holders of previously recorded real estate objects, and the specifics of applying the provisions of the Law.
