A meeting of the Board of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" was held
The Work Plan approved for 2023 at the first, in 2023, meeting of the Board of the non-profit partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan". It reflects the main areas of the Union's activities - the organizational work of the appraisal community, information and methodological support, pricing in the implementation of professional activities, educational training of appraisers, the formation of unified approaches to the implementation of appraisal activities, improving the quality of appraisal services, the main directions of the development strategy, the formation of promising development vectors.
Along with established areas, such as reviewing appraisal reports, monitoring market prices, researching the residential real estate market in municipal districts and urban districts of the Republic of Tatarstan, consulting judicial and pre-trial expert support, methodological support and advanced training for employees of government bodies and members of the Union, determining the minimum recommended tariffs for appraisal work, representing the interests of the appraisal community of Tatarstan in advisory and advisory bodies in professional associations of appraisers in Russia and under federal executive authorities, it is planned to develop cooperation in the field of filling geographic information systems, price zoning and information support for appraisals.
At the suggestion of a member of the Board, head of the Methodological Council of the self-regulatory organization Russian Society of Appraisers, Dmitry Zakhmatov, the work plan included a seminar in the 1st quarter of 2023 on the topic "Changes in the valuation standards - general I-VI and an updated special federal valuation standarts XI" Valuation of intellectual property and intangible assets ".
The meeting determined the date of the annual general meeting - March 15, 2023, approved the list of participants in the meeting, the place and time of its holding, the amount of membership and entrance fees, which has remained unchanged since 2012, and a number of other organizational issues.
