Today, a meeting of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development was held, at which the deputies considered a number of republican and federal bills and the issue of implementing a unified urban policy.
Airat Usmanov, director of the Tatarstan Spatial Data Fund, and Oleg Grigoriev, director of the Institute of Spatial Planning of the Republic of Tatarstan, reported on the problems and prospects for implementing a unified state policy in the field of urban planning.
Airat Usmanov, speaking about the tasks and activities of the institution, recalled that the republican fund contains materials obtained as a result of geodetic and cartographic work. These data are used in the field of security in the construction, oil and gas industry, energy and transport complex, as well as the social infrastructure of municipalities. In 2022, agreements were signed with all municipalities of the republic on the transfer and inclusion of their data in the regional Fund. the borders of 1920 settlements were entered into the Unified State Register of Real Estate, and 806 borders were put on cadastral registration last year. It is necessary to complete the work on entering the boundaries of all other settlements before 2024, since the National Spatial Data System is currently being created in Russia, one of the pilot regions in this direction is the Republic of Tatarstan.
Deputies Edward Abdullazyanov, Emil Khusnutdinov, Alexander Komissarov, Dmitry Anisimov and Kamil Sadriev, who took part in the discussion of the information, expressed their opinion on the timeliness and relevance of the issue of developing a unified urban policy and were interested in the prospects for master plans for large cities and agglomerations.
Chairman of the Committee on Housing Policy and Infrastructure Development Alexander Tygin highly appreciated the work of the republican executive authorities and relevant departments in organizing and regulating urban planning activities. At his suggestion, the committee will continue active interaction with them to improve legislation in this direction.
