Today, the President of the Russian Federation signed the Federal Law, which amended the Land Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On the Privatization of State and Municipal Property”

The Federal Law of February 6, 2023 No. 13-ФЗ “On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation” was signed and officially published.

The federal law establishes the specifics of the privatization of premises that are in state or municipal ownership, exclusively through which passage, access to other premises in a building or structure is provided. In particular, the establishment of a public easement is provided as an essential condition of the transaction for the privatization of such premises.

In addition, a change of a legal and technical nature is introduced into the Land Code of the Russian Federation, aimed at eliminating the reference to a norm that has become invalid.

Also, the Federal Law amended the Federal Law “On the Fundamentals of State Regulation of Trading Activities in the Russian Federation”. The legal regime of information contained in the state information system for monitoring the circulation of goods subject to mandatory labeling by means of identification is being specified.
