Today, a meeting was held with representatives of Executive Committee of the municipality of Kazan and the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan to discuss the organization of measures in the framework of the provisions of the Federal Law of 30.12.2020 No. 518-ФЗ, which establishes the procedure for identifying the copyright holders of previously taken into account of real estate.
The meeting was held by Deputy Minister of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan Almaz Kiyamov
At the meeting, the participants discussed issues of registering the right to previously accounted for real estate, withdrawal from the Unified State Register of Real Estate of real estate and entering information to the Unified State Register of Real Estate on the copyright holder of the previously taken into account the property.
