A new procedure for determining the price of land plots has been established

The procedure for determining the price of land plots owned by the state and state ownership of which is not delimited, redeemed on the basis of paragraphs. "a" paragraph 1 of the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 9, 2022 No. 629 "On the specifics of the regulation of land relations in the Russian Federation in 2022 and 2023".

So the price of the purchase of land plots intended for personal subsidiary farming, gardening or horticulture by citizens for their own needs, recreation (recreation), production activities, industry needs and leased, provided that the authorized body does not have , information on violations of the legislation of the Russian Federation identified within the framework of state land supervision and not eliminated when using such a land plot, is equal to 100% of the cadastral value as of the date of receipt of an application for the acquisition of such a land plot.

The rule applies to legal relations that arose from January 1, 2023.
