The meeting on a question of acquisition of premises in 2013 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan for the subsequent granting to the orphan children
Today the meeting on a question of acquisition of premises in 2013 in property of the Republic of Tatarstan for the subsequent granting to the orphan children and children without parental support, to persons from among orphan children and children without parental support took place under the chairmanship of the First Deputy minister Sergey Demidov in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan.
In January 1, 2013 the Federal law of February 29, 2012 No. 15-FL "About modification of separate acts of the Russian Federation regarding the supply with premises of orphan children and children without parental support" came into force and it changed significantly the order of granting housing of this socially unprotected category of citizens.
According to a new order orphan children and children without parental support, persons from among orphan children and children without parental support will be provided with specialized housing stock of the Republic of Tatarstan according to employment contracts of specialized premises.
Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan is authorized on the basis of the data presented by Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan to buy premises for orphan children and persons from their quantity.
