Use of lands of agricultural purpose

      On August 15 the meeting with participation of representatives of local governments of Vysokogorsky, Rybno-Slobodsky, Tukayevsky municipal areas and Federal Registration Service across the Republic of Tatarstan took place in Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT  under the chairmanship of Deputy Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT Sergey Demidov in order to ensure the appropriate control of rational use of lands of agricultural appointment.

      During the meeting the actions of local governments on elimination of the violations were revealed as a result of check, which was made by  the Management of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan concerning anti-corruption policy regarding making decisions on change of a type of allowed use of the ground areas of agricultural purpose from "agricultural purpose" on "under country construction" and rejection of measures for involvement in a turn of not used lands of agricultural purpose are considered.

      According to the results of meeting the corresponding recommendations were given to local governments in order to increase the efficiency of use of lands of agricultural appointment and the algorithm of actions for ensuring withdrawal of not used lands of agricultural purpose was developed.
