On the acquisition of residential premises for orphans in 2023
This year, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan is to purchase 930 residential premises for a total of 1,691.9 million rubles, of which 114.4 million rubles are from the budget of the Russian Federation.
Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated March 29, 2023 No. 370 to the subprogram "Providing living quarters for orphans and children left without parental care, persons from among orphans and children left without parental care in the Republic of Tatarstan", approved by the decision Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan dated October 3, 2019 No. 888, the relevant changes have been made.
On March 29, 2023, the Ministry of Land and Property of the Republic of Tatarstan signed a state contract for the purchase of 47 residential premises for orphans in the city of Kazan, taking into account co-financing from the federal budget. The amount of the contract is more than 190 million rubles.
Currently, measures are being taken to determine the territories in the municipalities of Tatarstan for the announcement of the second state contract for the purchase of residential premises at the expense of the republican budget.
