Increasing the efficiency of the procedure for registering a land plot for cadastral registration
At the meeting on the issue of increasing the indicators of the Republic of Tatarstan in the rating of the Agency for Strategic Initiatives, the issue of putting land plots on the state cadastral register with the appropriate marking of small and medium enterprises in electronic form was discussed.
Deputy Minister Rustem Shameev held a meeting with the participation of representatives of Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan, the Ministry of Economy of Tatarstan and heads of chambers (departments, committees) of land and property issues of municipalities of the republic.
During the meeting, local governments were given recommendations on the need to independently send electronic applications from small and medium enterprises to the Office of Federal service of state registration, cadastre and cartography in the Republic of Tatarstan for putting land plots on state cadastral registration with the appropriate marking. This decision will save the time of applicants to go through the procedure for setting up a land plot for cadastral registration.
