Results of the board meeting of the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan
The Agreement on cooperation and interaction with the Association of Appraisers of the Republic of Belarus was approved for further signing at the meeting of the board of the non-commercial partnership "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan".
The assessment community of Belarus is actively cooperating with Tatarstan. The adopted document is aimed at increasing investment attractiveness, developing integration ties between the parties and developing a unified law enforcement practice in the field of appraisal activities. The document declares that the parties, taking into account the established ties of business contacts, the accumulated experience of cooperation, develop interaction in the field of valuation activities on the basis of equality, respect, collective discussion and solving emerging problems with the development of a mechanism for their implementation.
Decision to admit LLC Center for Real Estate Expertise to the Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan was also made at the meeting, and the composition of the Committees and Councils of the non-profit partnership was approved.
Taking into account the expansion of the practice of forensic examination, a decision was made to certify expert activities. The Voluntary Certification and Qualifications Assessment Committee to develop and submit to the Partnership Board the Rules for the operation of the voluntary certification system “Certification of non-state forensic experts in the field of appraisal (value) expertise” was instructed.
