Round table "ROAD MAP"

       Members of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" took part on October 31, 2013 in work of a round table "A road map. Threats for estimated branch", organized SRO "Business Union of Appraisers" (Moscow).  

       The director general of NP "Business Union of Appraisers" Irina Shevtsov made the program of reforming of mechanisms of interaction of professional estimated community, the state and consumers of estimated services. During discussion the need of association of the self-regulating organizations of appraisers on an associative basis that more active participation in formation of legislative and regulatory base of an assessment was already realized by the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan at regional level. Members of Partnership (NKK "SENK", JSC Ekspert Business Centre) also told the point of the Union of appraisers of RT uniting the largest estimated organizations in formation of uniform base of fair market value, including by a cadastral assessment, counteraction to a dumping and unfair competition. This point coincides with the point of the majority of participants of the market of an assessment, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan and the republic Government.  

       Plans containing in a road map obligatory for all Russian appraisers of a qualification examination and also the current situation with certification of experts of SRO became the separate debatable block of a round table.
