Revealed violations in use of the state property

       For control of legality, efficiency and target use of the state property and the ground areas which are in property of the Republic of Tatarstan, Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan carried out 43 checks of use of the state property, including 39 checks of use of property by public institutions in the second half of the year 2013.

       During checks the following typical violations at checked establishments are revealed, including:

- transfer of the state property without consent of the owner to other organizations:

- demolition of real estate objects without the permission of the owner of property;

- use of objects in the absence of permission to object input in operation;

- there is no registration of the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishment on the real estate objects (ground area) which are on balance of the organization;

- the rights of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on the real estate objects (ground area) used by the organization aren't issued;

- data in certificates on the state registration of the right of operational management (continuous (termless) using) establishments on real estate objects (ground area) don't correspond to actual data.

        Following the results of checks for the second half of the year 2013 materials following the results of checks of 38 establishments (from 39) are sent to the ministries and the departments of the Republic of Tatarstan supervising checked establishments, and 16 acts are sent to Prosecutor's office of the Republic of Tatarstan for taking measures to elimination of the revealed violations and involvement of guilty officials to responsibility.
