For landholders

       By virtue of the provisions set out in paragraphs 6.9 of Article 1 , paragraph 3 of Article 11 of the Federal Law from 03.12.2012 № 244 -FL "On Amendments to the Budget Code of the Russian Federation and Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" , from 1 January 2014 , the revenues from the lease of lands, state ownership of which is not differentiated and which are located within the boundaries of urban districts, will be credited to the budgets of urban districts at the 100 percent.

       In connection with the above , the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan transferred its rights and obligations of the lessor under Your lease contract to the Municipal public institution "Committee of Land and Property Relations of the Executive Committee of the Municipality of Kazan " (hereinafter - the Committee).
