On March 6, a seminar - round-table meeting held on the topical subject of educational programs accreditation at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of RT.
In particular, in accordance with the new establishment of the Federal Law "On Education", the state accreditation of additional educational programs is canceled and their professional public accreditation is introduced. It is held by employers and their associations, as well as their authorized organizations and confirms the compliance of these programs and the training level of their graduates with requirements of the professional standards and the labor market. In the Republic of Tatarstan this direction in the evaluation field is actively developed and implemented by the Education Committee and upgrade qualifications of NP "Appraisers Union of RT" in cooperation with the leading universities (KFU, KGASU, IEML, TISBI). In addition, the accreditation of educational programs for appraisers - one of the planned joint activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Union of Appraisers, that is reflected in the forthcoming Agreement.
The keynote "Professionally - public accreditation as an element of the system’s independent evaluation of the professional education programs quality" at a seminar addressed Alla Faktorovich - Deputy Head of the Centre for Professional Education FGAU "Federal Institute for Educational Development" (Moscow) .
The report reflects the similarities and distinctive features of the social, professional-public and state accreditation, regulatory and legal framework for the organization of professional public accreditation procedures, foreign and Russian practices, approaches to the procedure definition, criteria of accreditation, requirements of professional standards for the development of the professional public accreditation content, requirements for experts and organizations performing accreditation.
The seminar was attended by a member of the Board of the Partnership Tanzilya Udod and executive head of Appraisers Union Oleg Bulgakov.
