On March 14, 2014, a meeting was held on the project "Smart City Kazan" at the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan, chaired by the Deputy Minister Sergei Demidov.

To discuss this issue, representatives of JSC "Corporation of development of the Republic of Tatarstan", Investment Promotion Agency of the Republic of Tatarstan, the branch of FGBI "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr" on the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC RCC "Earth" were invited.

According to the results of this meeting, the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT and branch of FGBI "Federal Cadastral Chamber of Rosreestr" on the Republic of Tatarstan are requested to facilitate JSC RCC "Earth" in the cadastral registration of lands required for the project "Smart City Kazan".
