75,05 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the lands

       07.04.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for the first quarter of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.

       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 75,05 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus for one month the budget task is accomplished to 18,33 %.

Due to received information the revenue came to the budget for the first quarter, 2014 from:

-      property rent – 15,95 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 40,8 %; 

-      land rent – 5,26 mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 53,1 %;

-      property realization  – 7,67  mln.rub. – plan is accomplished to 21,9 %;

-     land realization – 1,46 mln.rub.;

-      property trust  – 44,64 million rubles – plan is accomplished to 104,5 %.
