       25.06.2014 the Committee Meeting on Tariff Policy of NP "Appraisers Union of RT" was devoted to a discussion of assessment market anti-dumping measures and approval of the draft, modified, including the remarks and suggestions made by Partnership members, price list for evaluation services.

      Price list developed on tariffs monitoring of largest appraisal organizations - Partnership members, interviews with representatives of appraisers self-regulatory organizations, and has a recommendatory nature.

      At the same time, the use of its constantly actualized indicators as starting in auctions organizing, according to the Union of RT appraisers, lets form a more objective approach to the quality of work, performed by appraisers, determine, as a result, the actual market prices for evaluation sites, that should contribute to the sustainable tax base formation and reduce the assessment disputes.

       Negotiated documents and proposals offered for discussion and approval at the Board meeting of the Partnership 27.05.2014.
