The Ministry of Land and Property Relations Regulation declared legitimate

On August 20, 2014 the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan took consideration of the Limited Liability Company "Skyland" application to the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan (further-Ministry) for cancellation of the Ministry regulation from 12.03.2014 "On the transfer of state property to the ownership of the Biryulinsky rural settlement of Vysokogorsky municipal district".
The Court decided to dismiss the submitted claims. Regulation of the Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan declared legal.
