About observance of standards of the Federal law No. 223-FZ "About purchase of goods, works, services by separate types of legal entities"

      Ministry of Land and Property Relations of the Republic of Tatarstan carries out work on coordination of actions of adjustable customers regarding placement of Provision on purchases of goods, works and services by controlled customers on a site 223.agzrt.ru.

      As of 31.08.2014 taking into account creation State Unitary Enterprise RT "Center of development of purchases of the Republic of Tatarstan" of 100 percent of the state unitary enterprises was published on this website by the Regulations on purchases of goods, works and services.

     According to Tatarstan statistics data 160 municipal unitary enterprises (according to EGRYuL data) work in the republic from which 138 placed Regulations on purchases of goods, works and services on a site 223.agzrt.ru that makes 86 percent to existence.

      From the remained 22 municipal unitary enterprises according to the reports received from Executive committees of the municipal regions of the Republic of Tatarstan:

- 17 do not carry out financial and economic activity;

- 4 again created;

- 1 in work, at a stage of placement (Multipurpose Center of the Pestrechinsky Municipal Region of RT Municipal Unitary Enterprise).

      From 36 joint stock companies from shares of the Republic of Tatarstan in authorized capital more than 50 percent, subject to registration on a site 223.agzrt.ru, 34 - are registered, 2-use other electronic trading floor, including established by the Federal law.
