Board meeting of NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan"

      At the next board meeting of the NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan" non-profit partnership 9.09.2014 questions of admission to membership of Partnership, change and addition in internal documents and problems of an assessment of quality of estimated services were considered.

      In ranks of Partnership four new organizations are accepted: JSC RegionBusinessKonsalting, SP Savin Ruslan Vasilyevich, JSC Ekspertnye tekhnologii and JSC Otsenka i Consulting.

 

     According to the conclusion of the legal consultant of the Union of appraisers of RT "The legal agency "Flagman" is made the decision to be guided concerning analytical materials of Expert and consulting Council of Partnership, including, standards of item 2 of the Art. of 64 agrarian and industrial complexes of the Russian Federation. In particular, such decision is caused by considerable number of addresses as authorities of all levels, and managing subjects on controversial questions of estimated activity.

Due to the changes in the Federal law "About estimated activity" the list of requirements is expanded at the introduction in Partnership. In particular, changes concern obligatory insurance of responsibility of the estimated organizations.

      The board member of Partnership - the deputy minister of the land and property relations Farit Musin - acted concerning formation of criteria of an assessment of satisfaction of the customer by quality of estimated services. Such assessment reflects, in particular, performance of actions of "Road map" "Improvement of estimated activity". During brisk discussion the decision on consideration at meetings of working bodies of Partnership of the facts of low-quality performance of estimated works, claims is developed from consumers of estimated services on the basis of practical work and the analysis which is carried out both the ministry, and the self-regulating organizations.
