Meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT"

     The meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" which took place on September 15, 2014 was devoted to consideration of the address to Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT regarding compliance of the report on an assessment of municipal property to the current legislation.

     While opening a meeting, the President of the Partnership, Andrey Lisichkin, noted that Expert and consulting council included leading, recognized both in the republic, and at the federal level the experts-appraisers representing various SRO (Self-Regulatory Organization) that guarantees high quality and objectivity of the expressed professional opinion.

     The main speaker on cases in point - the board member of Partnership, the member of Advisory council of the Russian society of appraisers, Tanzilya Udod, submitted for consideration a number of essential remarks according to the report. In particular, absence of the full analysis of the market of object of an assessment and justification of values of pricing factors, statements of all information essential from the point of view of an assessment project cost was noted.

   Members of council the role of the appraiser in formation of a reasonable and attractive starting project cost for its successful realization and, as a result, in involvement of investors, replenishment of the income of the local budget was especially underlined.

   During discussion members of council - Marat Suleymanov, Yury Chebotaryov, Damir Timershin made concrete recommendations about completion of the report together with the customer - municipality and SRO in which the appraiser, to improvement of approaches to an assessment in further activity consists.

   "Work of Expert and consulting council of the Union of appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan carries constructive, useful and mutually advantageous as for authorities, so other customers, character, promotes formation attractive both for investors, and for the state of market value, to development of the market of an assessment", - emphasized the participant of a meeting, the head of department of an assessment of MLPR RT (Ministry of Land and Property Relations of RT) Larisa Shvetsova.
