Next meeting of Expert and consulting council NP "Union of Appraisers of the Republic of Tatarstan"

       According to the appeal of Office of the Federal Tax Service in the Republic of Tatarstan at the meeting of Expert and consulting council of NP "Union of Appraisers of RT" which took place on September 19, 2014 the report on the market value of property of the enterprise in the Bugulma municipal area was discussed. During the analysis considerable violations of the law about estimated activity, discrepancies and distortions that could infringe significantly on interests of creditors, including the states are revealed.

       Besides the coordinated answer to the applicant, the decision on the direction of information on the violations allowed by the appraiser in Disciplinary committee of the relevant self-regulating organization of appraisers for the solution of a question of application of disciplinary punishment is made.
