Approved Classifier of types of permitted land use

       Type classifier of permitted land plots use has developed. Regulation on its application was secured in the Land Code of RF with amendments adopted as early as 2010.

       The classifier contains the name of the permitted use type, a description and the code.

       Each type also allows the placement and operation of the communications and utilities lines  (except railways and public roads), protective constructions (plantations), information and survey markers, if federal law does not provide otherwise.

       By this classifier, it is possible to define the types of permitted use, established after the effective date of the order on its approval.

      The order comes into force 90 days after its official publication.
