Information and education strategy of nonprofit partnership "Appraisers Union of the Republic of Tatarstan"

       In accordance with the generated information and education strategy of non-commercial partnership "Appraisers Union of the Republic of Tatarstan", it was agreed to offer substantial benefits while regular training and passing the qualification examination for staff of the member- organizations of the Partnership (the details – on the site of the Union of Appraisers of RT ocenshiki-rt.ru or). 

       In the efforts to improve the quality of appraisers training, the Committee on Education and Professional Development of the Partnership, at the requests of educational institutions, carried out professional and public accreditation of vocational education programs in the ​​assessment (accreditation conditions – in the section File Archive of the Appraisers Union of RT site). Accreditation optimally reflects the demand for specialists-appraisers by employers and the effectiveness of their training. 

       Committee on Education and Professional Development of the Partnership also intends in the near future to identify and submit for controls approval the main directions of expert - legal support of RT entrepreneurs (in the framework of the Public Council under the Commissioner of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the protection of entrepreneurs' rights), as well as consulting and information support of citizens on the real property and land plots assessment. 

       The necessity and urgency of the tasks due to the lack of similar information and expert resource in the assessment and the upcoming changes in the taxation of real estate, most of which are of the businesses’ and individuals’.
