749,480 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the lands

       08.10.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 9 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 749,480 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for 9 months the budget task is accomplished to 183,05 %. 
       Due to received information, the revenue came to the budget from:
-      property rent – 78,56 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 201,1 %; 
-      land rent – 23,28 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 235,2 %;
-      property realization  - 150,54  mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 430,1 %;
-     land realization – 11,92 mln.rub.;

-     net profit - 81,24 mlm. rub. - plan is accomplished to 134,3%;

-     dividends - 88,91 mli.rub. - plan is accomplished to 41,3%;
-     sales of auctions - 264,46 млн. руб. plan is accomplished to 3 778 %
-      property trust  - 50,41 million rubles - plan is accomplished to 118,1 %.
