Public discussion of the project requirements to the commission on the disputes results of the cadastral value

        In order to improve the work quality on the definition of cadastral and market values, considering disputes’ results on cadastral value, public discussion of the draft of RF Ministry of Economic Development order is held on the activities of the commission on disputes results of the cadastral value and entering into it of business community representatives, self-regulatory organizations of appraisers, the candidates presentation for inclusion to the Commission.

        Federal Law from July 29, 1998 № 135-FL "On valuation activities in the Russian Federation" (hereinafter - Federal Law) provides for the possibility of challenging the results of the cadastral value in the commission. Dispute on the results of the cadastral value definition can be realized by applying to the commission based on false data about the property, used to determine the value of its inventory, as well as establish the property’s market value.
