A new federal estimation standard

          Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation from 25.09.2014 N 611 "On federal assessment standard "Real Estate Appraisal (FSA № 7) approval" adopted a new federal standard for estimation.
          Adoption of the FSA № 7 - event which drew the attention of all the assessment community since appraisers will have to bring the real estate estimating reports in accordance with it.
          FSA № 7 became the first federal standard aimed at a particular group of evaluation objects. The Standard identifies additional requirements for the appraisal assignment, details requirements for market analysis to determine the facility value, lists comparison elements that can be used by appraisers in the comparative approach, etc.
          In general, the adoption of the FSA № 7, which details the positions of previously approved standards, should have a positive impact on the appraisers work.
