677,480 million rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of the state property and the lands

       10.11.2014 the resulting revenue figures of budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from non-tax incomes for 10 months of the present year were announced on the regular briefing session with Azat Khamayev, Minister of Land and Property Relations of RT.
       According to specialists from Management of econimics, privatization and corporate management of Ministry for above mentioned period 768,320 mln. rubles of non-tax revenues came into the budget of the Republic of Tatarstan from usage and realization of state property and lands. Thus, for 9 months the budget task is accomplished to 98,73 %. 
       Due to received information, the revenue came to the budget from:
-      property rent – 85,45 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 89,5 %; 
-      land rent – 25,64 mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 97,9 %;
-      property realization  - 157,2  mln.rub. - plan is accomplished to 99 %;
-     land realization – 14,38 mln.rub.- plan is accomplished to 120,64 %;

-     net profit - 81,24 mlm. rub. - plan is accomplished to 100%;

-     dividends - 88,91 mli.rub. - plan is accomplished to 100%;
-     sales of auctions - 264,46 млн. руб. plan is accomplished to 100 %
-      property trust  - 50,41 million rubles - plan is accomplished to 98,5 %.
